My husband and I have been the owners of a Blue Ridge, Georgia Vacation Cabin Rental since March, 2004.  You might remember us, in fact, you may have stayed at our Cabin, "The Melancholy Moose Lodge".  We found through trial and error that Management Companies were not working out for us, so in late 2004, we became individual Vacation Rental by Owners.  Living 800 miles away, we quickly realized that we needed the help of a "Caretaker".  We knew we needed someone that we could trust and depend on and we were lucky enough to find these qualities in a neighbor.   Owning and managing "The Melancholy Moose Lodge" has been a rewarding experience.  I have had the opportunity to meet and help some really great people.  I have made lots of friends and I have learned a lot about the Rental By Owner Industry.  Now that I am living in Blue Ridge, I want to be that neighbor - the person you can Trust and Depend on.   Let me be your "Caretaker", your Eyes and Ears and take care of the everyday problems and worries for you.  Let me make sure your Cabin or Home is secure and that it is being presented correctly, in your absences?
